When you have received your order from CabinZero.com you have 30 days to get it back to us if you choose to return it. If it's not what you expected, you can simply return it, hassle-free!
You'll need to send us your order number and email when you buy from us and the reason you want to return the item.
Please be mindful that return shipping costs will be covered by you. We are here to help so if you have any questions please ask us before your purchase.
Hassle-Free Return Process

Go to the Returns Portal

Enter your E-mail and Order Number starting with #, which you will have received when you placed the original order

Select the item(s) you would like to return

Select if you would like to Refund or Exchange

Download a print label or QR code/bar code for the chosen carrier

Pack the returning item(s) in the original packaging with tags remained.

Drop it off at your nearest Service Point. Once we receive and verify your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed. If you do not hear from us within the allotted time, please email us at: support@cabinzero.com
Received Wrong Or Faulty Item(s)?
If you received a wrong or faulty item, firstly we say a big 'Sorry'. We take great care in packing and quality checks, but mistakes can happen. If something’s not quite right with your order, don’t worry, we’ll go the extra mile to make it right.

What If 30 Days Has Passed?
If the item is appears faulty 30 days or more after you have received it, we treat this as a return under warranty. In this case we will inspect the product and either repair or replace it, as long as the fault is not due to mis-use or wear and tear. No refund is payable for warranty claims.
In all the above cases, to make a claim under warranty please contact us via the warranty form or by email at support@cabinzero.com.
What About Returns From International Orders?
Currently, we can only provide return carriers for customers in the UK, US, and EU. If you're returning an item from outside these regions, you'll need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping using your preferred carrier.
