Ryanair and Wizz Air introduce under-seat hand luggage only fares

As of 1st of November 2018, both Ryanair and Wizz Air now only allow under-seat bags as hand luggage with their basic fairs. This means you will need to upgrade if you want to use a bag that can fit in the overhead lockers.
