Fits under the seat like advertized. I took ANA flight from KL to Tokyo. Less hastle at the airport.

I've used quite a few travel bags over the years, and the CabinZero 28L has genuinely impressed me. It's incredibly lightweight yet feels robust and well made. The shoulder straps are exceptionally comfortable, with enough padding to make carrying a fully packed bag easy, even over longer distances.
For anyone travelling with hand luggage only, I honestly think a soft backpack is the best choice. Unlike a rigid suitcase, it makes much better use of the space you're allowed because it can flex slightly to fit your belongings while still meeting airline size requirements. The 28L capacity is also deceptively spacious, easily holding everything I needed without feeling bulky or cumbersome.
The overall quality is excellent, the zips feel durable, and the bag is comfortable enough to wear for hours. If you're looking for a reliable cabin bag that maximises packing space without sacrificing comfort, I'd highly recommend the CabinZero 28L.

We have been using the Classic 44L variant for years. Now we have bought 28L backpack for the whole family. Same durable quality and easy to load. We now use the 44L as carry-on baggage and the 28L one as backpack. This product is also highly recommended.

The bag fits the dimensions of budget airline carry on hand luggage, but that's about the only thing that benefited me. I now have neck, shoulder and back pains after only using this bag on two trips. The strap length kept going too long, and I had to adjust it all the time. The shoulder straps were so uncomfortable, and the bag always felt so heavy. I had travelled with my North Face backpack for years with the same weight of luggage, and NEVER had a problem. I am going to try and sell this and buy another bag from a different company.
